Tip 2 : Don't let your brain tell you that you are too tired to do exercise, as studies shows that doing exercise helps fighting against fatigue as it boost your entire body. So you actually need to do exercise to be less tired...

    My life has always been surrounded by sports. 

    I discovered proper Fitness nearly 20years ago as a teenager & started my Professional Fitness training 15years ago. After a very complete 2years training, I worked on gyms and fitness associations for years, putting all my knowledge, energy and passion for the fitness and well being of others. 

    After a few years doing other jobs including kiteboarding instructor, wakeboarding instructor and dive master, I am very happy to be back into the Fitness Industry and proud to start my own business called PT Francis.

    With the practice of a lot of sports (Surfing, football, wakeboarding, kiteboarding, tennis, badminton, squash, table tennis, mountain biking, indoor handball, athletics, gymnastics, cycling, underwater hockey, underwater rugby, freediving, triathlon...) and more general Fitness knowledge than the average Personal Trainer, being one step towards a Physiotherapist, I will take care of everyone, doesn't matter their goals, injuries and physical capabilities.
